By Purchasing a product, you agree to the following:

Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After 24 Hours, if we have already began your tumbler, we will not be able to do any cancellations or changes.

Please be as specific as possible when giving us information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your tumbler. We cannot make any changes once you receive your tumbler if you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.

Once your item has been delivered, please message us within 3 days if there were any issues with your tumbler shipment such as damages or errors. Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of.

All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however keep in mind these are love-crafted products and I am not perfect.

Epoxy is similar to glass where it may crack if dropped. If you damage your cup within 60 days, please be honest with us on how this happened and we can repair/replace your tumbler once you ship it back to us for a fee of $30. If your cup is damaged due to a shipping issue or quality mistake, we will replace at no cost to you. Please message us to get this process started and we will send you a shipping label.
